I am an assistant professor in University. Science is my favorite subject. Since I have learned science based on theory and various experiments from childhood to PhD, with theory I have practical knowledge, which makes my basics strong. I was in research field for 7 years. During this program in addition to research I was involved in providing teaching & training to post graduate students. Here I have learnt how to finish a particular goal in a given deadline.I am very passionate to teach and learn. I can help students to understand in a better and simple way. I would like to involved myself in dialogue with students, means two-way discussion with them. In addition, I would like to take feedback from students and improve myself at each step. I don't encourage students to mug up the subject without getting an idea or even a single thought behind that. With every topic there is some basic principles and when students will understand these, they will automatically grasp the topic in a better way. Even if I don't understand something, I would like to take this is an opportunity to learn that.I can simplify the complex topic with graph, image and diagram with various examples. I can represent their topic of interest in Power point (PPT) or excel or word doc and present this in better way so it will easy to understand them.
