I mix chalk and talk style with ICT tools for my teaching pedagogy. I always explain with help of analogies, daily life examples and industrial applications of the topics I teach. I prefer to make my students efficient in answering high order thinking skill questions.I help students not only in learning the subjects, but also to understand their potential in the career of their choice. I help them to develop soft skills. This is proven by my students who are either doing their masters or doctoral studies in IITs or abroad or have completed doing so and well settled in their profession.
