*Teaching should be a passion, where the teachers transfer not just the knowledge but also the ethical and moral values. I strongly believe that, just byhearting the concepts won't help, rather understanding develops the self confidence. So, *I always make the students to understand the concepts by showing them the slides, videos on the lesson concepts*I make them to raise questions and clear their doubts.*I always make them to talk first and raise questions.*I give assignments for them based on the lesson concepts*Also, I conduct Quiz based on the Lessons.I make them to read the lessons on daily basis, so that,not only the conceptual learning gets developed, but also they can score good in exams.I study each student and identify the areas to be improved and focus on their improvement.So far, I have a got a good feedback from my students as well as their Parents.
