I have been a scholar of the Department of Science and Technology for five years, during which I contributed innovative ideas to inspire young minds and drive advancements in Science and Technology for the Government of India. Additionally, my experience as a policy researcher at CSIR-NIScPR has equipped me with a deep understanding of science policy, gender inclusivity in STEM, and the impact of government initiatives on education and research. In my view, effective online teaching requires a blend of technological creativity, strong communication skills, patience, adaptability, and a supportive approach. My goal as an educator is to create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment by integrating both traditional and modern teaching methodologies, along with my own innovative techniques. I strive to ensure that students feel comfortable expressing their doubts, actively engaging in discussions, and providing valuable feedback to enhance the learning experience. Being approachable and empathetic is key to fostering a positive student-teacher relationship. I strongly believe that open discussions and interactive learning sessions encourage critical thinking and a deeper understanding of concepts. Additionally, continuous assessment of students’ progress and identifying their challenges allows for personalized guidance, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to excel.
