I am Dr. Sajeeha Ashraf, currently working as a Healthcare Professional in the biggest and oldest hospital of Pakistan, Mayo. I passed my USMLE Step 1, 2 and 3 exams for which I prepared myself without any outside help. I have always been above average in grasping the concepts and memorizing text by making mnemonics, flow charts and diagrams. It helped me to secure a gold medal and 2nd position among 9 boards from all over the province Punjab in matriculation (equivalent to O levels) for which I was sent on an International tour of the well renowned universities of the United Kingdom, Sweden and Germany by the Govt. of Pakistan. It broadened my horizon I became familiar with their teaching methodologies.I find myself very fond of teaching. First, I have taught many students online in all aspects of the course of MBBS and USMLE. I have a 2 year online and home tutoring experience. Second, I have been working at Mayo hospital for more than 6 months. This helped me to understand the real situation of clinical medicine and medical staff there. I am very good at moulding my teaching style according to the needs of the students and very open to answering any questions. I have earned a positive reputation with my students. I believe this is due to my passion for teaching, ability to relate to students, and friendly demeanor.
