Being a teacher is not all about teaching a pupils/students but ensuring their understanding towards what they are being taught, for instance teaching them 1+1 and not taking cognizance of the learner's understanding, then you give a test, a learner who didn't understand what was taught will end write 4 due to lack of understanding.Teaching is all good communication and interactive session, through this you get to know the learner's knowledge towards the topic, and you make corrections where necessary and also boost the learner's ideas to facilitate efficient understanding.When teaching ensure all necessary resources/tools are made available for learner's, to aid easy to access to knowledge, like the textbooks, other research materials, audio-visual materials, CDs, and debates,etc.By so doing the learner's acquire great knowledge from what's being taught and will be able to present confidently in the public, therefore creating attention and demand for the tutor, and making the tutor/parents proud of their children and believing their funds didn't go to waste, because it is the joy of every parent to see their children become scholars and leaders of the country.
