Student based teaching.I will be approachable for all children. I will try to follow learning by doing method in class room. Interaction must be takes place during my teaching.Daily I will try to give a small homework for recollecting what they studied in one day.Daily follow up must take place.If children do not understood the concept I am ready to explain till they understand. Students respons is compulsory during my class.End of my class I will ask questions for understanding weather they learned or not.I will use yes breaking techniques for making children more interesting.
