I used to take class in friendly environment and give more importance to students requirements in their studies..In my own experience i feel teaching should start from the basic knowlege of students in subject.I used to make students to practice more worksheet because maths we cannot learn by biharting the concept but by practicing it will be more effective for the students.A teacher should be not only a guide but should also be motivator and give the students more confidence in their studies and be with them in all their difficulties.
