I have been teaching Edexcel AS/A2 Chemistry for the past 8 years producing excellent results. I teach in a friendly and interactive manner and I explain the difficult concepts in chemistry in a very clear simplified manner so that the students will properly understand the subject. I also train the students to think analytically so that they will rely on their knowledge rather than memorizing the concepts to effectively answer “EDEXCEL type questions”. During my lectures I will discuss recent past paper questions and model answers so that my students will score high marks at the final examination. I also encourage students to discuss difficulties informally with me at the end of classes. I am a retired University Chemistry Professor. I have been teaching chemistry at the Department of Chemistry, University of Colombo for over 40 years, I am among the most highly qualified Chemistry Professors in Sri Lanka. Additionally I have teaching experience in top universities in the US, Canada, and New Zealand.I do both "Face-to-Face" and "Online Zoom classes" using electronic board.
