I consider it my responsibility to teach others what I have learnt myself. The processes of teaching and learning are inter related. One can't exist without the other. As it is said that by learning you will teach, by teaching you will learn. It clarifies the concept of coexistence of the both. One cannot grow without learning and one cannot learn without teaching. From what I have seen of people as a teacher is that they have something so special and miraculous encompassed by their brains only if they learn how to use it effectively. Everyone is unique and I love to help them see it and believe in their truer selves. People can achieve so much and I have personally worked with people compromised by their conditions may it be physical, mental, external ; and I have seen them rise up from it. Also the teaching methodologies I use are specifically designed for a more effective learning and development of their strengths. I also put an emphasis on recognizing your weaknesses, it is important because one can't overcome a difficulty one has no idea of. It is important to discern a student's strengths and weaknesses and I put on a whole lot effort in it and work with it. Every student every person is important and as a learned person myself it is my duty that I share with them what I have acquired so far and I love a job done best and in all it's excellency.
