I always go with clearing concepts.Interacting the child most of the time.I give them practice and five them shortcut techniques.But there us no shortcut for hard work.I always go with audio visual aids and other industrial visitsI don't like mugging up policy. I like students when they ask me questions.I conduct regular tests. I always give more time as per students requirementsI remain with the students at times of examination and also during the time of revision.I don't discourage the students from asking the questions and always motivate them to ask questions and respect their curiosity.
