I use different methodologies during my lecture specially prefer the inquiry based learning. I engage my students intentionally involved in lecture by asking relevant questions of different kinds of the topic. So student does not divert the attention. I also follow the formative assessment technique of the relevant lecture by students. I follow the inquiry based learning by asking questions again and again of the topic.I develop a sense of teamwork by collaborative learning by making groups of my students and then make discussion . In order to make my lecture interesting, i introduce different gaming like activities so that student do not consider a burden but memorize in an interesting way. At the end i emphasis on questions answer session so that student may clear their concept. Students share their problems reluctantly in a best way to make good concept. By following these methodologies, students give me best output in the form of good learning and show best performance in assessment. I achieved my best results and with new learning technique in my profession, results are improving from previous.
