First and foremost I try to understand a student what is lacking and I work from initial stage so that the student can learn in his/her future academics. I believe I can be a good friend and a teacher at same time. I take each student with positive attitude. I try to get feedback from students, where the students is not understanding and try to make it easier breaking into simpler way. I try to build values like responsibility, integrity. I try to find solutions to the challenges faced by student and support them.
