I also do evaluation on my teaching methods by firstly getting student feedback through Surveys and discussions with students to gather their perspectives, secondly do observations through observing classroom interactions to assess the effectiveness of teaching practices and lastly through assessment data by analyzing student work and test results to evaluate learning outcomes.
