Teaching is a calling, understanding your student(s) strengths and weaknesses plays a great role in ensuring the learning process is smooth and enjoyable thus having an open interaction between a teacher and a student. All students given an opportunity to air out or ask questions makes learning a smooth transition, this ensures levels of displine between the teacher and a student. Personally i take education as a talk between a teacher and a student where the main work of the the teacher is guidance and correctional purposes.Thus the greatest pillar of education is exallence in understanding,patience with the student.
