I am a teacher who believes in understanding concepts rather than just knowing. I will be using the class time to explain and discuss chemistry or biology concepts in detail and in depth.Students will be given work to complete independently. Questions and tasks given will be discussed based on the student's performance.Students who need additional support ( ex - lack of basic knowledge) will be helped to a realistic extent. I believe in students' hard work more than easy ways. Somewhat old school in that sense.I prefer the student to be prepared for the lesson. Which allows me to conduct a productive discussion during the session.I am an open-minded teacher. Students are allowed to raise any concerns. I will do my best to help (within limits) whether it is related to the subject or not.
