I always focus to teach my students according to their mentality because i found different kinds of students in the class so I change my teaching methods according to the requirements of students i think tutor must understand the students psychology first and then adopt any apporperiate teaching method to teach a student.I think it is not easy for every one to undersyand same method so I change my teaching method for different kinds of student and how i teaches depends upon how the student understand its a two sided work.
