I have a great teaching technique in which first I observe the level of student and work with him to explain the basic concept in a lucid manner and through one to one interaction help them understand the terms by repetition and various examples of day to day life. Students become very comfortable with me within few days only and that helps him/her to ask the silly doubts also without hesitation. I even extend my time if required by the student.During my college days,I taught the same child for 3 consecutive years i.e. 10th, 11th & 12th and helped him obtain 10 CGPA and 82% at matriculation level and higher secondary level. The satisfaction at the child's and their parents' face was the most beautiful experience of my small teaching career.
