I work as a mathematics and biology teacher with a strong working experience.I teach students in a way that help them to understand a lesson very quickly.I do all the best to satisfy the learners need.One of my best methodology that help learners to understand a lesson is closer friendship other than being a teacher.I work as a facilitator to my students not act as a leader,I try to match the lesson with our daily life for better understanding.In a break time,I allow students to ask me every thing they want to know even not related to the lesson.More exercises are given to the learners and homeworks to be corrected at home for better understanding the lesson.I apply learning through play and exercise warm up to help learners in term of relaxation and refleshment of their mindset.Working together as one team is a key strategic approach that help the learners to get high score in national examinations.Out class I try to follow my learners knowing what about their life at home and provide support where it's needed .I continually advice them to be honest in every thing they do.
