I Believe that Learning is Never Ending Process and there are no 100% efficiency in catching the ones mind and ideas to another, But Great Teacher will Maximize his effort to pass on his ideas and Learning ethics to be able to equip the student and prepare him for whatever task or problem he may encounter in the future, A Great Teacher will not only teach his lesson but impart His Knowlede and turn it into wisdom...and I am that kind of Rabbi....I May not be in perfect in teaching the lessons but im sire we will do it hand in hand with patience and understanding towards a fullfilling teaching partners...
