I conduct collaborative teaching, focus on problem solving and a highly interactive teaching and learning. My methodology includes discussion,frequent checking for understanding, giving excessive and solving problems together. This will lead to great results, improve learners interest, learners confidence and her or his ability to apply the knowledge. I think this makes me a great teacher for I have unique strategies to conduct my teaching. I am also patient with the learner giving clear explanation and I also have the ability to motivate my students. I love seeing my learners achieve there best ever
