Personalized teaching is often overlooked, even in top institutions. Each student has unique strengths and challenges, requiring tailored approaches. A teacher's role is to address weaknesses, enhance strengths, and cultivate self-motivation and intellectual curiosity for meaningful learning.I pursued IISER exam preparation and achieved a rank of 5000 in my first attempt. Although various constraints led me to discontinue my prepration, my passion for science remained unwavering. Through teaching, I strive to make scientific concepts engaging, practical, and relevant to real-world application,However, words alone cannot convey my approach—experience it firsthand in a demo class and evaluate my ability of teaching.
