I am Teaching students of Class XI and XII (CBSE, ISC and State Boards) in the subject of Mathematics. Now it has been around 15 plus year in this field.My way of teaching begins from grass root level, as we seen in the previous years many students due to the pandemic has been lacking to get the sound knowledge of the subject, and in case of mathematics students has suffered lot, so my aim to focus to the roots and then go ahead.Now talking about the methodology, I think students need practice, revision and regular tests of the topics so my focus is to pay attention to students these needs.Result follows if we follow the above-mentioned points.In case of online teaching, it become important to make the subject interesting for the students, so I like two way communication from my side as well as student.So while online teaching students camera and mic is always ON.I believe Teaching and Learning is three tire system of Student, Teacher and Parents, as it is Online I except parents can devote sometime for their child, as they can supervise their child once I give them Test paper, in this way we will be able to enhance result.So I look forward for our association.
