I am a fresh graduate in Bilingual Mathematics Education from Universitas Negeri Medan with a strong passion for teaching and a proven record of tutoring students from various levels, ranging from elementary school to senior high school. Throughout my academic journey, I gained valuable experience through teaching practice (PLP) at SMA Negeri 1 Medan, private tutoring for national and international curriculum students, as well as conducting research on mathematical problem-solving skills.My strengths include the ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts into clear and engaging lessons, patience in guiding students with different learning abilities, and strong communication skills that foster an encouraging learning environment. I am also skilled in time management, teamwork, and the use of technology to design interactive learning materials that motivate students to actively participate in the learning process.In addition to teaching, I have been involved in organizational activities where I developed leadership, coordination, and public relations skills.
