I teach with different approaches, but mainly with a student-focused approach, as their learning is more important. I have helped my peers from failing to achieving A grades during my BBA. As someone with formal education and being self-taught, I can understand and relate to the issues that students face. Motivation and encouragement can help us in achieving our goals individually and collectively. Teachers need to be crucially inspiring students to become independent thinkers. Students respect teachers who can tell them the absolute complete truth about themselves and let them be the decision-makers about their own lives. Let the students and the teachers progress together for a better future and prospects. Young adults need guidance and fun while learning. Teachers who teach passionately and teachers who teach as a profession are different. Students can recognize this difference instantaneously. Students require understanding from people about their needs while also making them understand what the world requires from them as individuals and as a society as a whole. Teachers and parents are the building blocks of any and every society.In your success lies my success, and my success contributes to your success.
