I have been working for one year in college and side by side i also have been giving tuition at home and in both fields i did my best and students and their parents were satisfied with my teaching style because i always taught students in very friendly environment.i am not a traditional teacher who believe in harsh behaviour with students .i always try to understand their psyche and then i start my process .i ask my students have confidence on them,if they make a mistake then no need to worry rather always try to mend it .same thing i adopt on online teaching .i give them assignment with interval and manage quiz for them .i tell their mistake if they have in their tests and try to remove it on the spot.
