As a teacher I would like to help students to acquire knowledge, competence or virtue.It's not about mear learning but understanding the concepts behind every topic and remembering and implementing it throughout our life. Interactive class is what we require. And a bit of homework's too. Because once we write and learn things that will be stored in our mind much fast than just reading it 10 times. I believe that there is no other job as noble as giving knowledge to others and and knowledge is the only thing which will not get reduced by sharing.
