- Physiotherapist with over 13 years of experience in fitness training and 8 years experience in personal training, I train people based on their fitness levels and their personal goals.- Kalaripayattu, Adimura and silambam which are ancient form of indian martial arts are taught keeping in mind their fitness levels and ensuring that a person also develops flexibility, strength and agility at the same time.- Biology will be taught in most simplified way so that the student can understand even complex concepts in a best possible wayEvery student will be given enough importance and attention so that their goal is met. Kalaripayattu, adimura and silambam will initially start with all the basic form based warm ups followed by stances, leg movements and chuvadus which are a combined complex movements. They will be taught different movements based on their grasping capabilities and assessments will be conducted every quarterly to find out their learning.P.N: as it is a high intensity activity anyone willing to enroll should disclose all the existing health problems in order to modify the exercisesPersonal training for weight loss will be based on upon their health history and their nutritional intake. Exercise and its intensity will be based on their previous workout experience.
