I'm Australian citizen, completed my education partly in pakistan and partly from Australia .I worked around one decade in Australia as professional scientist and nearly two decade worked as university professor, teaching chemistry at undergraduate, postgraduate and Ph.D level in pakistan. I start teaching chemistry from ABC just to make sure that students are understanding the main subject in all aspects. 30 percent time is allocated for teaching 30 percent time for classwork and questions solving to involve students in the subject matter and 30 to 40 percent work is allocated to the assignment assessment, quizzes, online advanced topics, presentation, preparations for examination.Course work and syllabus is completed before time and plenty weeks are available for final assessment. However during semester small quizzes, surprise tests, are also given frequently to keep up-to-date. Few weeks are dedicated for crash program for revision and to solve the previous problems and papers. Some students are sharp enough to understand the patterns and solving techniques while some needs more time, or some extra time to make sure that they will walk through the terminal exam. So this all is only possible at the end when hard work and punctuality is observed ina scheduled manner.Time management is the key factor during terminal examination. Teachers ate responsible to prepare the for time management as well along with syllabus contents.
