I am a person who teach with affection, affection for student and subject. I believe on experential learning and teaching. I teach less and make the students learn well. I focus on learning of basic concepts rather than rote learning. I never give up till the student understands the concept. Of course it is followed by enough practice. With continuous evaluation I diagnose the difficulty of student and errors the student make. All this leads to definite improvement in marks or grades.I believe that the student should go for excellence in subject, marks will be the obvious result.
