I am a teacher by nature, whenever I started to teach a student or a class of student, first I take some test or quizzes to check their level of knowledge and then I start teaching by observing their picking power and their personalities. As every student has different capabilities and level of understandings, so I mostly indulge my students in different activities of daily basis by asking questions regarding their likes and dislikes to know more about their intellectuals and thought process. Also, I'm a good listener ( I'm a writer and poetess) to my students by listening their view points and asking their opinions, as all students wants to be heard. I'm a teacher by passion and I always enjoy teaching and always try to fulfill my responsibilities by giving my 100% hard work. When my students come with their good results, that's the time when I feel successful because I do hard work with my students in every thick and thin. In my views, a teacher must have good leadership, communication, and understanding skills, which I have and also with a soft heart as a teacher I'm not a harsh one but very strict to studies and friendly in behavior.
