Teaching is my profession and my love also. I am teaching from past 8years. The role of teacher is not only to explain the content but also deal with different categories of child by different methods. It's easy to explain those one who want to listen you but it's really difficult to enhance the interest in those who are not interested in this. A true teacher knows, how to maintain the connectivity between interested and not interested student. Different child has its different learning tendency and different technique. I believe in demonstrating things by experiments and practical exams in spite of mug up. Learning should be easy and interesting so that it sustains in a mind for longer duration. Daily life examples play important role in making things easier. If the knowledge content is stronger or up to the mark, explanation is more strength and interesting.
